In Hiep Cuong commune , there are currently 27 poor households, 35 near-poor households with a total of 128 people receiving rice support on this occasion at the amount of 10kg/person. At the donation ceremony, Provincial Party Secretary graciously visited the health and shared difficulties with the poor and near-poor households in Hiep Cuong commune. He wishes that families overcome difficulties, actively work and produce to have a better and better life.

* In order to help poor and near-poor households overcome difficulties caused by the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, the People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province continue to implement the policy of supporting rice for 100 % of poor and near-poor households in the province with the support level of 10kg/person. Kim Dong district currently has 492 poor households, 579 near-poor households with 2,600 people. The total amount of rice supported for poor and near-poor households in the district is 26 tons.
