In the work of Party building, in 2021 and the first 7 months of 2022, Tien Lu district has thoroughly grasped and implemented the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress and the Resolution of Party Congresses at all levels, term 2020- 2025. The Standing Board of Tien Lu District Party Committee always focuses on leading and directing the performance of the task of building the Party and a clean and strong political system. In which, it has focused on thoroughly grasping, researching, studying and implementing the Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW dated October 25, 2021 of the Party Central Committee on promoting the construction and rectification of the Party and political system; resolutely preventing, repeling, and strictly handling cadres and Party members who have degraded in political ideology, morality, and lifestyle, exhibited "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" (The Conclusion No. 21) and the resolutions, directives, regulations and documents on the Party building work of the Central and the province. At the same time, promulgating programs, plans and schemes suitable to the actual situation in the locality. The development of Party organization and Party members is interested in both quantity and quality: Admitting new Party members for 95 elite masses; reviewing 18 Party members who are no longer eligible to leave the Party. Regarding the socio-economic development results, in 2021, the total production value in the district increases by 7.1%; per capita income reaches 56 million VND; the value obtained on 1 ha of cultivation reaches 203 million VND; budget revenue reaches over 519 billion VND. In the first 7 months of 2022, the district's budget revenue has attained over VND 477 billion; there are 25 newly established enterprises in the district. The district continues to promote the implementation of the Project "Hardening the road surface structure of rural roads and the roads going to the fields in Tien Lu district in the period of 2022 - 2025". In the whole district, there are 5 communes meeting newly advanced rural standards and 6 model rural residential areas. The fields of culture, education - training, health care, labor - employment are interested, social security is ensured; local defense and military work, security and order are maintained...
At the meeting, the Standing Board of Tien Lu District Party Committee proposed a number of such issues as: the province continues to pay attention to speeding up the implementation of industrial clusters in the district; support investment in building school facilities; take interest in financial support to implement digital transformation in the management of special national monument of An Xa temple. At the same time, providing financial support to renovate and upgrade a number of ranked historical and cultural relics in the district; supporting for the procurement of equipment and machinery for medical examination and treatment for the People, funding for the investment in upgrading and building new commune-level medical stations; proposing to shorten the time and procedures for appraisal and approval of prices to calculate compensation and support when the State recovers land...
At the meeting, Mr. Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee moderated the discussion, in which, focusing on such issues as: The implementation of industrial cluster projects in the area of Tien Lu district; the financial support mechanism for localities to build new rural areas; the regulations and conditions on the renovation and upgrading of historical and cultural relics; the regulations on allocation of human resource norms and construction investment funds for the health sector; removing difficulties in the lack of teachers at all levels; the issues in the field of natural resources and environment...
