On the afternoon of November 18, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong awarded the Decision to appoint comrade Tran Van Thang and comrade Le Anh Tuan as Deputy Chiefs of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee.

The ceremony drew the attendance of Mr. Dang Ngoc Quynh, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Le Quang Hoa - Director of Department of Home Affairs; leaders of the Provincial People's Committee’s Office; cadres, civil servants and employees of the Provincial People's Committee’s Office.

At the ceremony, Mr. Le Quang Hoa - Director of Department of Home Affairs announced the Decision to appoint Mr. Tran Van Thang - Director of Center for Public Administration Service and Control of Administrative Procedures and Mr. Le Anh Tuan - Head of Economic Division No. 1 under the Office of the Provincial People's Committee to hold the position of Deputy Chiefs of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong affirmed that the appointment of comrades Tran Van Thang and Le Anh Tuan as Deputy Chiefs of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee is a recognition of their contributions and maturity in the working process. At the same time, he emphasized: The tasks of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee are increasingly difficult, challenging, and the workload is related to many fields, which requires two comrades to continue bringing into full play the cultural tradition of Hung Yen hometown and the tradition of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee, clearly showing political bravery, qualifications, intelligence, continuing to strive and practice together with the leaders, cadres, civil servants and employees of the Provincial People's Committee’s Office to successfully complete their assigned tasks.
