The meeting of members of the Provincial People's Committee

On November 16, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong presided over the meeting of members of the Provincial People's Committee to consider and give opinions on a number of important issues. In the attendance were: Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; members of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of related departments, agencies and branches; leaders of the People's Committees of districts, towns and city.

At the meeting

At the meeting, participants discussed and commented on the following draft documents: The Regulations on the coordination in anti-corruption work between the Provincial People's Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; the Plan on overcoming consequences of bombs, mines and explosives for the period of 2021-2025; the Decision to promulgate a Project on organization of forces, training, operating and ensuring regimes and policies for the Militia and Self-Defense Forces for the period of 2021-2025; the Decisions approving the network planning of public non-business units for the period of 2020-2025, with a vision to 2030 in the fields of health, education and training, agriculture and rural development; the Plan of the Provincial People's Committee to implement the Decree No. 120/2020 / ND-CP dated October 7, 2020 of the Government on the establishment, reorganization and dissolution of public non-business units; the Decision to promulgate regulations on the determination of the Governance and Public Administration Performance Index of the People's Committees of districts, towns and city in the province; the Report on the appraisal results of the report on investment policy for the project of upgrading and expanding the interprovincial road Hanoi - Hung Yen, the section passing Hung Yen province (The provincial road No. 379); the Report on the direction and administration of the Provincial People's Committee in 2020, the key tasks and solutions in 2021; the Report on land inventory results in 2019.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong requested the Provincial Inspector to send a draft of the Regulation on coordination in anti-corruption work between the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to departments, agencies, branches and units to give comments, complete the Regulation and submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for promulgation according to regulations. For the Directive and Executive Report of the Provincial People's Committee, it is required to highlight a number of such results as: Directing the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic; the province has completed the task of building a new countryside; the disbursement of public investment capital; the economic growth of the province; the Office of the Provincial People's Committee completes the Report for the Provincial People's Committee to refer to the Provincial Party Committee before submitting it to the Provincial People's Council at its annual session.

The submitted contents of the Provincial Military Command, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Natural Resources and Environment were approved at the meeting.
