The Provincial Steering Committee for key projects evaluates the implementation of projects
The Steering Committee for key projects of Hung Yen province in the period of 2021 - 2025 (the Steering Committee) on June 5, held a meeting to evaluate the implementation of key projects in the province. Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Steering Committee chaired the conference. The meeting drew the attendance of Mr. Tran Quoc Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrades in the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing members of the Provincial People's Council, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of a number of provincial departments, agencies and branches.

At the meeting, the delegates listened to reports on project implementation, site clearance results of key projects of the province, including projects: the Ring Road No. 4 – Hanoi Capital Region; Tan Phuc - Vong Phan road; investment in construction and infrastructure business of the industrial park No. 3; investment in construction and infrastructure business of the expanded Yen My II Industrial Park; investment in construction and infrastructure business in Yen My Industrial Park; investment in building technical infrastructure of industrial clusters: Kim Dong, Chinh Nghia, Dang Le, Phung Chi Kien, Lac Dao, Yen My, Dong Than.
Next, the delegates focused on reviewing and commenting on the resolution of difficulties and problems related to the site clearance of key projects of the province.
Concluding the meeting, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia emphasized that many key projects of the province are currently behind schedule. Therefore, it is necessary for the whole political system to be more determined and drastic in carrying out the project steps. Especially the Ring Road No. 4 project - Hanoi Capital Region, branches and localities need to make efforts and urgently implement to ensure the set schedule. In particular, it is necessary to prioritize the clearance of agricultural and public land areas, ensuring the ground for the project's construction. As soon as possible, the districts need to take steps to count, compensate and support the clearance of agricultural land; simultaneously arrange the relocation of graves and resettlement for people and businesses in the project area. For the area of land allocated illegally, it is necessary to study the handling mechanism and policy as soon as possible. Localities strengthen propaganda, mobilize people to understand the role and meaning of the project to create consensus among the people. In addition, it is necessary to develop a regular implementation plan and schedule; strictly conduct the progress reporting regime; closely coordinate with provincial departments and agencies to implement. For the Tan Phuc - Vong Phan road project, sectors and localities urgently implement the project steps according to regulations, in which, focusing on resettlement arrangement for people in the project area, striving to be able to start construction of the project by October 2023. For projects of industrial zones, industrial clusters, branches and localities, focus on propagating and mobilizing households to agree and accept the compensation plan; continue to complete investment procedures, at the same time promptly paying compensation and support for the land area of people who have approved the compensation plan. To focus on solving problems caused by errors in the issuance of land use rights certificates and verification of land origin; urge the industrial park infrastructure investors to pay for site clearance compensation, speed up the project implementation when the grounds are available.
