At the working session, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia reported to Chairman of the National Assembly Vuong Dinh Hue and the delegation some outstanding results of the province in carrying out the task of socio-economic development and construction of the Party and political system, national defense and security assurance. In 2022, the province's economy has recovered quickly after the Covid pandemic, most of the indicators are high, services and trade have thriven. The provincial competitiveness indexes increased by 14 levels, the administrative reform index and people's satisfaction both increased, among the top of the country. In 2022, the province's total investment capital has reached over VND 80 trillion; there are more than 15,000 enterprises registering for production and business activities. Transport infrastructure is invested, creating regional links. The province strives to, by 2025, complete the transport system connecting the region. Currently, there are eight industrial parks that have attracted investment projects, nine industrial parks are carrying out infrastructure construction. The province focuses on developing large-scale and concentrated industrial parks and clusters to attract investors, large projects with high technology, clean and environmentally friendly industries to invest in; at the same time, the province does not accept projects outside the industrial zone. By 2030, Hung Yen strives to become a province with strong industrial development of the whole country. In new rural construction, the province focuses on mobilizing resources for implementation, striving to 2025, completing the construction of newly advanced rural communes. Social security work is paid special attention by the province, all levels, branches and localities. Every year, the province spends thousands of billions of dong to carry out social security work; strive to reduce the poverty rate by 2025 to 0.1%. The work of building the Party and political system is well done; defence and security is maintained.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia proposed to Chairman of the National Assembly Vuong Dinh Hue and central authorities to pay attention to adjusting the planning of the Red River bank in the province. For the Ring Road No. 4 - Hanoi capital area, it is proposed to the National Assembly and central authorities to consider and adjust the total investment.

Speaking to key cadres of the province, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue was excited by the solidarity of the Party Committee, government and people in the province; socio-economic development, people's living standards are increasing day by day; the fields of commerce, services, budget revenue, and administrative reform of the province have achieved many outstanding results; the construction of the Party and political system, national defense, security and social security assurance are well implemented. National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue asked the province to focus on coordinating with ministries and central branches in order to well perform the socio-economic development planning, land use planning, and implement the master plan of strategy and foresight. To increase investment in the development of modern industrial parks and industrial clusters to attract large investors. Currently, urban development in the province is taking place rapidly, so it is necessary to focus on urban economic development. Provincial levels and branches pay more attention to the implementation of social welfare for the people; strengthening the construction of the Party and political system; staff planning. Party committees, authorities and people in the province continue to promote the spirit of solidarity for rapid and sustainable socio-economic development. Regarding the recommendations of the province, the National Assembly and central authorities will consider and remove them. For the proposal to adjust the total investment capital of the Ring Road No. 4 - Hanoi Capital Region, the National Assembly and competent agencies will consider and give comments at an appropriate time.

Party committees, authorities and people in the province will continue to unite, overcome limitations, strive to achieve well the socio-economic development targets in 2023 and the following years in order to contribute to the successful implementation of the goals and tasks of the Resolutions of the 19th Provincial Party Congress and the Resolutions of the 13^th National Party Congress.
