Accordingly, the Department of Planning and Investment of Hung Yen province invites interested investors to submit an application for registration of the project "Investment in the construction of an adjacent housing area for sale in a green urban area - Green City" in Ban Yen Nhan ward, My Hao town, Hung Yen province with the following information:

- Name of project; investment objectives, investment scale of the project:

+ Project name: Investment and construction of the adjacent housing area for sale in a green urban area - Green City.

+ Investment objective: To build an adjacent housing area with modern and synchronous architecture in term of social and technical infrastructure to meet the housing needs of the people in the area; affirm the position of an important residential area in the general planning orientation of My Hao town, connect with other surrounding residential areas and functional areas to create a unified whole, contribute to the needs of the soco-economic development; meet the living needs of the people of My Hao town in general and Ban Yen Nhan ward in particular. To create for the residential area with high quality of life, green - clean - beautiful living areas, with good natural environment and standard social and technical infrastructure; the implementation of construction of an adjacent housing area for sale in a green urban area - Green City aims to concretize the construction master plan of My Hao town until 2020, with a vision to 2030. To form a modern and synchronous new urban area in terms of social infrastructure as well as technical infrastructure, serve as a basis for the government to manage urban areas, invest in urban construction and development according to planning.

+ Investment scale: The project's land area is about: 89,210.83 m2; population size is about: 1,400 people; scale of products and services provided: Adjacent houses: 312 apartments (the area of ​​each apartment is from 70 m2 - 115 m2); villa housing: 38 apartments (the average area of ​​each apartment is about 190 - 250 m2); the construction of a commercial service area with an area of ​​​​about 8,433.15 m2 (Details according to the Decision No. 1457/QD-UBND dated June 26, 2018 of the Provincial People's Committee on approval of the detailed planning with a scale of 1/500 of the adjacent house area for sale Green Sea City).

- Preliminary total cost (excluding the costs of compensation, resettlement support, land use levy, land rent) (m1) provisional calculated as follows: 935,437,220,000 VND (In words: Nine hundred and thirty-five billion, four hundred thirty-seven million, two hundred and twenty thousand dong).

- The cost of compensation for ground clearance (m2) provisionally calculated: 45,216,680,000 VND (In words: Forty-five billion, two hundred and sixteen million, six hundred and eighty thousand dong).

- Investment term and progress:

+ Term of project operation: 50 years from the date on which the investor who wins the bid is granted a written approval of the investor.

+ Investment progress: Complete the project within 36 months (03 years) from the date of approval from the investor to implement the project.

- Location of the project: In the area of ​​Ban Yen Nhan ward, My Hao town. The location of the land is as follows: Location of the land: the Northeast borders on cultivated land; the Southeast borders the planned road of 45 m wide; the Northwest borders on the traffic road; the Southwest borders on cultivated land and the project of Hung Yen Construction Investment Company (The above land area has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee in the Decision No. 1457/QD-UBND dated June 26, 2018).

The investor's application for registration of project implementation must include 06 sets (including: 01 original and 05 copies) with the following components: A written registration of project implementation; profile of the investor's legal status, capacity and experience; other relevant documents (if any).
