At the meeting with voters, representatives of the Provincial People's Council informed voters about the proposed content and program of the 8^th Session, the 17th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026; the results of implementation of the socio-economic development tasks of the province in the first 6 months of the year and the tasks and solutions for the socio-economic development in the last 6 months of 2022.

Voters of Van Lam district proposed to the Provincial People's Council's delegates such issues as: The transportation and treatment of rural waste; the site clearance of investment projects; investing to renovate and expand rural roads; the dredging, repair and solidification of the infield canal system; supporting the construction of cultural houses for villages; the connection and supply of clean water to people is still slow…

On behalf of the delegates of the Provincial People's Council, Mr. Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee would like to thank the voters' feedback and explain and clarify a number of issues of concern to voters. In which, highlighting outstanding results in economic development, budget collection, administrative reform, and social security assurance of the province. Currently, in the context of safe, flexible adaptation and effective control of the Covid-19 epidemic, the vaccination against Covid-19 plays an important role. Therefore, departments, branches and localities strengthen propaganda and speed up the progress of vaccination against Covid-19 with the 3rd and 4th doses for people 18 years of age and older; vaccinate children from 5 to under 12 years old. In the coming time, Van Lam district, communes and towns will make efforts to overcome difficulties, conduct synchronous solutions, actively reform administration, promote all resources... to complete the socio-economic development tasks in 2022. At the same time, effectively carrying out social security policies, taking care of the lives of people with meritorious services, families of people with meritorious services to the revolution, poor households, and near-poor households. ... The Party committees, authorities at all levels, departments, branches and mass organizations actively propagate and mobilize people to agree on site clearance work to implement investment projects, create momentum to promote the socio-economic development of the district... For the issue of ensuring rural environmental sanitation, functional sectors should coordinate with Party committees, local authorities, and mass organizations to strengthen propaganda and guide people to classify waste at source...
