On the occasion of the 132th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2022), on May 18, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee held an incense-offering ceremony in memory of President Ho Chi Minh at Uncle Ho's Memorial House (Hung Yen city).

The incense-offering ceremony drew the attendance of comrades: Mr. Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Tran Quoc Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades in the Provincial Standing Committee, the Standing members of the Provincial People's Council, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, the Standing Board of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the leaders of the departments, branches and mass organizations of the province.
At the Uncle Ho's Memorial House, the provincial leaders expressed their respect to the heroic spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, remembered his great merits for the cause of national liberation and construction. The delegates wished to unite, promote the glorious and heroic revolutionary tradition of the Party Committee, government and people of Hung Yen, continue to promote learning and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style, successfully implement the Resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels, build an increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized homeland.
