Speaking at the opening of the conference, Mr. Tran Quoc Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized: The Provincial Standing Committee organizes a teleconference for the whole province to study and master the documents of the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the Central Steering Committee on anti-corruption and against negativeness in order to continue to thoroughly grasp and synchronously implement the directives, resolutions, regulations and conclusions of the Central Government; continue to concretize the implementation of the Politburo's Notice of Conclusion No. 19-TB/TW dated August 5, 2022 on the inspection results under the Inspection Program of the Politburo, the Secretariat in 2021; the Notice No. 325-TB/TU dated January 24, 2022 of the Provincial Standing Committee on the results of monitoring the mastery, implementation of the Resolutions of the 13th National Party Congress, the development of working regulations, the full-term working program, the action plan, implementation plan of the Resolutions of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Standing Committee, the Resolutions of the Party committee at their level. The content that needs to be learned and mastered at the conference is very important, so the delegates should arrange their work reasonably, improve their sense of responsibility, model their participation fully, and focus highly on studying and exchanging ideas with the rapporteur.
