At the meeting, the Management Board of the Industrial Parks of the province reported the investment progress in implementing key industrial park projects; the Department of Natural Resources and Environment reported the progress of site clearance of key projects; the Department of Industry and Trade reported the progress of industrial clusters; project investors reported difficulties and problems in the implementation process.

Accordingly, by November 16, the province's key projects include: the investment project on construction and infrastructure business of clean industrial zone; the investment project on construction and infrastructure business of Industrial Park No. 5; the investment project on construction and infrastructure business of Industrial Park No. 3; the investment project on construction and infrastructure business of expanded Thang Long II Industrial Park (phase 3); the investment project on construction and infrastructure business of Yen My Industrial Park; Tan Phuc - Vong Phan road project (the provincial road No. 386C), that is in the process of site clearance. In which, five investment projects on construction and infrastructure business of industrial parks have paid compensation for site clearance to people for 60-90% of the area; the fastest progress is the investment in construction and infrastructure business of the expanded Thang Long II Industrial Park (phase 3), which has completed the payment of compensation for site clearance for 95% of the area.

However, the progress of industrial clusters is generally slow, many industrial clusters have not yet carried out site clearance and not yet invested in technical infrastructure. The main difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing key projects and industrial clusters in the province are due to incompletion of procedures for land, planning and site clearance.

At the meeting, the Steering Committee and members of the Steering Committee's assisting group received and answered recommendations and proposed solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles to speed up the implementation of key projects and industrial clusters in the province.

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Hung Nam, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee requested the branches and localities to urgently and drastically step in and synchronously conduct solutions to speed up the progress of site clearance. Departments, branches and localities actively coordinate in implementing solutions to remove difficulties during the implementation of projects; carry out the mode of periodical reporting on implementation progress; coordinate with infrastructure investors of industrial parks to urgently conduct compensation for site clearance for the area whose procedures have been completed. The People's Committees of districts and towns coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and investors to remove obstacles in property compensation on public land. For the construction and infrastructure business project of expanded Thang Long Industrial Park II (phase 3), the People's Committee of My Hao town focuses on coordinating with relevant sectors and units to urgently implement the steps to hand over the land fund to investors; urgently complete the first land lease procedures no later than November 25, 2022.
