Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee directs as follows:

- The Department of Information and Communications, Hung Yen Newspaper, Hung Yen Radio and Television and the radio system at grassroots: To widely communicate news on mass media: All people from Cam Giang district (Hai Duong), who returned to localities in the province from January 15, 2021, actively come / inform with the medical station or the district-level health center to make medical declaration, take samples for SARS - CoV-2 testing; continue to promote propaganda for the performance of the 5K message, the notifications to find people of the Ministry of Health and relevant localities across the country so that people know, voluntarily declare and implement epidemic prevention and control measures.

- The Department of Health: To preside and coordinate with the Provincial Police, the People's Committees of districts and communes to direct the review, request medical declaration and immediately perform SARS-CoV-2 testing for all subjects going from Cam Giang district (Hai Duong) to localities in the province from January 15, 2021, take samples to test people living in the same house with above subjects; the health sector strictly implements epidemic prevention in hospitals and medical establishments; organizes epidemiological investigation and tests for SARS-CoV-2 in all cases with symptoms of pneumonia going for examination.

- The Provincial police, functional agencies, the People's Committees of districts, towns and city strictly sanction the cases of not making medical reports, not wearing masks and other violations of anti-epidemic regulations as prescribed.
