In Hung Yen province, from October 16 until now, the province has allowed the resumption of operation of intra-province passenger transport, taxis, contract cars, tourist cars, inter-provincial passenger cars, and river-crossing passenger transport, ensuring the regulations to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic. The Department of Transport has guided organizations and individuals doing business in transporting goods in the province to organize activities in accordance with the requirements and regulations on the epidemic prevention and control.
At the meeting, the delegates discussed some difficulties and problems arising in the process of conducting the transport organization during the pilot implementation. At the same time, it is proposed a number of options for organizing passenger and cargo transport activities to adapt safely and flexibly in the new situation.
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh requested that in the coming time, provinces and cities coordinate with the Ministry of Transport to organize passenger and cargo transport to ensure safe and flexible adaptation, and effective control of the Covid-19 epidemic.
