At the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Do Tien Sy informed the delegates on the time, regulation and working program of the Congress. Accordingly, the 13th National Party Congress takes place from January 25 to February 2 in Hanoi capital. There are 20 delegates and one member of the Party Central Committee assigned by the Politburo to work at the delegation of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee.
