At the meeting

At the meeting, participants discussed and contributed ideas on the following contents: The regulation on citizen reception in the province; the Decision regulating the periodic reporting regime for the state management in Hung Yen province; the scheme to establish the Center for Control of Administrative Procedures and Public Administration Service in Hung Yen province under the Office of the provincial People's Committee on the basis of merging the Department of Administrative Procedures Control and Hung Yen Public Administration Service Center; to rename the Health Center, the functional divisions under the Health Center, Health Stations according to the administrative unit of My Hao town and stipulate the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Health Center, My Hao town; the results of the contest "Searching for initiatives and solutions to improve administrative reform in Hung Yen province in 2019"; the plan to hold the Ceremony of awarding the State honorable title "Vietnamese Heroic Mother"; the Decision replacing the Decision No. 14/2014 / QD-UBND dated 27/10/2014 of the provincial People's Committee promulgating the Regulation on some specific cases on compensation, support and resettlement when the State revokes land in Hung Yen province.

Regarding the contents submitted by the provincial People's Committee Office, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong concluded as follows: Regarding the regulation on citizen reception in the province, the Office of the provincial People's Committee is requested to receive the comments of departments, agencies and branches, then edit and complete documents; at the same time, he emphasized that the regulation must clearly specify the specific address of the provincial citizen reception office and the citizen reception offices of districts, towns and city for people to know; the Office of the provincial People's Committee advises the specific citizen reception schedule of the Chairman, Vice Chairmen of the provincial People's Committee and leaders of departments, agencies and branches. For the scheme of establishing the Center for Control of Administrative Procedures and Public Administration Service of the province, he requested the Office of the provincial People's Committee to coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs in reviewing, researching and editing the name and organizational structure of the Center. To agree with the content of the Decision stipulating the regime of periodical report serving the state management in the province.

Regarding the contents submitted by the Department of Home Affairs, the Chairman of the provincial People's Committee concluded as follows: To agree with the change of the name of the Health Center, the functional departments of the Health Center, Health Stations by administrative unit, My Hao town and stipulate the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Health Center, My Hao town; and the results of the contest "Searching for initiatives and solutions to improve administrative reform in Hung Yen province in 2019". Regarding the plan to hold the Ceremony of awarding the State honorable title "Heroic Vietnamese Mother", the Department of Home Affairs is required to complete the document so that the provincial People's Committee reports to the Provincial Standing Committee in the direction to assign the districts, towns and city to organize the Ceremony to award the State honorable title "Hero Vietnamese Mothers" and invite provincial leaders to attend.

For the Decision replacing the Decision No. 14/2014 / QD-UBND dated 27/10/2014 of the provincial People's Committee on promulgating the regulation on some specific cases on compensation, support and resettlement when the State revokes land in Hung Yen province, the Chairman of the provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to receive the opinions of delegates and request the written opinions for the Standing Committee of the provincial People's Council and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, finalize the document so that the provincial People's Committee reports to the Provincial Standing Committee.
