Boosting the foreign information to attract the investment in Hung Yen

On July 8, the Steering Committee for Foreign Affairs in Hung Yen province held a conference to implement the tasks of the last 6 months of 2019. Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy, Member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee for Propaganda and Training, Head of the provincial Steering Committee for Foreign Affairs chaired the conference.

In the first 6 months of the year, the province's external information work has focused on such main contents as the propaganda of domestic and foreign views and policies of Vietnam; propagating Hung Yen's image and potentials for economic, cultural and human development in particular and the country in general on major holidays, Tet festival and anniversaries; strengthening the propaganda on international integration.

In the first 6 months, Hung Yen has welcomed many international delegations to visit and explore the investment opportunities and a lot of high-ranking leaders of the Party and State, and the National Assembly Chairwoman to visit and work in the province. The Provincial Party Committee for Propaganda and Training has also updated more than 200 articles on foreign information activities of the Party, the State and the province.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy asked that next time, special attention should be paid to foreign information on the investment promotion and tourism advertisement activities; compilation and publication of publications on the history, the culture, tourism and famous landscape of the hometown and people of Hung Yen.

Press agencies continue to improve the quality of contents and programs; promote the information and propaganda on guidelines and policies for socio-economic development, culture and the business investment environment of the province; continue to introduce, advertise the images and the opportunities for cooperation and investment.
