On the occasion of the 44th anniversary of Southern Liberation and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975-2019), the 133th anniversary of the International Workers’ Day (1.5.1886 - 1.5.2019), the 129th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s birth (May 19, 1890 - 2019), on April 26, the provincial leaders came to offer incenses to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at his Memorial House; offer flowers at the Monument of General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh (Hung Yen city) and offer incenses at the Memorial House of General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh and Lieutenant General Nguyen Binh in Giai Pham commune (Yen My); lay wreaths and offer incenses to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Monument to the provincial heroic martyrs.

The incense-offering ceremony saw the participation of: Mr. Do Xuan Tuyen, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; members of the Provincial Standing Committee; Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council; leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, leaders of departments, branches and provincial unions.

At the Monument to the provincial heroic martyrs, delegates bow in deep respect to the spirit of martyrs, who had bravely sacrificed for the cause of national liberation and reunification. They were willing to unite and promote the heroic and glorious revolutionary tradition of Hung Yen's Party Committee, authorities and people, continue to enhance studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style and successfully implement the tasks of socio-economic development, building Hung Yen province richer and richer.
