The ceremony witnessed the attendance of Mr. Do Tien Sy, Member of the Party Central Committee, Provincial Party Secretary, Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly; Mr. Do Xuan Tuyen, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; members of the Provincial Standing Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, leaders of departments, agencies and unions.

Delegates offered incenses at the Memorial House of Uncle Ho

At the Uncle Ho's Memorial House, the provincial leaders paid their respects to President Ho Chi Minh and commemorated his great merit for the cause of national liberation and country construction. 

At the Monument of General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh, the provincial leaders expressed their deep gratitude to the steadfast and creative student of President Ho Chi Minh, the outstanding leader who has contributed a great deal to the homeland and country. 

At the Monument of the provincial heroic martyrs, the provincial leaders respectfully tilted themselves to the spirit of martyrs, who have given up their lives for the cause of national liberation and reunification.

Delegates were willing to unite and promote the heroic and glorious revolutionary tradition of Hung Yen's Party Committee, authorities and people, continue to promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style, successfully implement the tasks of the socio-economic development and build Hung Yen province richer and richer.
