At the working session

At the working session, representatives of Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company expressed their desire to explore the potentials, advantages and the investment environment in the province. 

Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong introduced the socio-economic development situation; investment attraction and the industrial development of the province over time. At the same time, the province is currently implementing the project of Ly Thuong Kiet Industrial Park and Service Urban area with an area of about 3 thousands ha. The area for the industrial development is over 2,3 thousand ha and it is divided into functional zones to attract the investment in the fields of electricity, electronics, automobiles, mechanical engineering, food processing ... Up to now, the province has agreed on guidelines for some units to study and make the planning for a number of subdivisions in the industrial zone. 

Regarding to the urban development, currently the projects are concentrated in Van Giang, Van Lam and My Hao districts, which have basically attracted investors to the districts. In the view of supporting the investment plan of Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong asked the company to coordinate with the Department of Planning and Investment and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to do survey on the location, find out the investment environment of the province, thereby, to give orientations in the investment in the area in the coming time.
