Hung Yen province works with the Embassy of the People's Republic of China
On June 12, at the Headquarter of Hung Yen provincial People's Committee, the provincial People's Committee held a meeting to work with Mr. Ho Toa Cam, the Economic and Commercial Counselor, the Embassy of the People's Republic of China and Trade Promotion Agency (the Ministry of Industry and Trade) about the potentials and scale of agricultural products of the province. Mr. Nguyen Minh Quang, Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Quang introduced the current status of production and consumption of some agricultural products of the province such as longan, litchi, banana and turmeric starch. He also expected the Embassy of the People's Republic of China would work as the bridge to create the commercial relationship, promote the trade connection among provinces of Hung Yen and China. He also suggested the Ministry of Industry and Trade to support the province in connecting with export businesses to export agricultural products of the province. Hung Yen province always creates favorable conditions and ensures the best investment environment for production and business activities of enterprises.
Mr. Ho Toa Cam, the Economic and Commercial Counselor, the Embassy of the People's Republic of China said China imported a lot of agricultural products from Vietnam. He also asked the province to select the most prestigious enterprises to attend the upcoming Shanghai Fair to advertise the province's agricultural products in China, attract traders and develop the consumer market. The Embassy of the People's Republic of China will continue to assist in administrative procedures to facilitate the export of agricultural products to the Chinese market. He also expressed his confidence that the legitimate interests and rights of Chinese investors operating in the province would be protected and appreciated the security and order of Hung Yen province.
