A Japanese petrol station is supposed to open in Hung Yen province

On March 27, at the Headquarter of the provincial People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee worked with Mr. Nobuyuki Nakamura, leader of the representative office of Idemitsu Kosan Co., Ltd.

At the meeting     

Idemitsu Kosan Co., Ltd is a Japanese leading company in scale, whose headquarter is located in Hanoi and specializes in oil and gas production. In addition to 4,000 petrol stations in Japan, the company invests in petrochemical area and petrol retail in many countries around the world. 

It is supposed to invest in the construction of two petrol stations in Hung Yen province. Along with the desire of investment and cooperation in the province, the company prioritizes the development of production and business associated with environmental protection in the province. 

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong introduced the leader of Idemitsu Kosan Co., Ltd's representative office on the socio-economic conditions, potentials and advantages of the province and expected the company to soon complete the process and procedures to invest in petrol business as well as expand other manufacturing and business sectors in the province. Provincial leaders as well as departments and agencies of the province will create favorable conditions for the company's investment projects to operate effectively.
