The total number of secondary investment projects in IPs in Hung Yen province by the end of 2015 was 274 projects concentrated in Pho Noi A IP, Thang Long IP II, Pho Noi Textile and Garment IP and Minh Duc IP; including 151 foreign-invested projects and 123 domestic investment projects, with a total registered investment capital of USD 2,509 million and VND12, 699 billion. The total area of subleased land for the investment projects was 542 hectares. At present, there are 235 investment projects in IPs, including 137 projects of Pho Noi A IP, 58 projects of Thang Long IP II, 26 projects of Minh Duc IP and 14 projects of Pho Noi Textile and Garment IP.
Pho Noi A has owned the largest number of registered investment projects with 156 projects, total registered investment capital of USD 770 million and VND 10,514 billion, and industrial land for lease of 289 hectares; the following was Thang Long IP II with 68 projects and total registered investment capital of USD 1,634 million and VND 0.3 billion and industrial land for lease of 174 hectares.
