Up to now, Hung Yen has built a plan to perform the roadmap for applying the 2018 general education textbooks and programs, including the implementation in grade 1 from the school year 2020-2021; arranging the first-grade teachers for the school year 2020-2021; formulating a scheme to ensure material facilities for schools.

Schools develop educational plans, innovate the teaching methods and forms; build teaching topics, organize integrated and interdisciplinary teaching, experiential activities, STEM; innovate the assessment towards developing the capacity and quality of students; improve the quality of teaching and learning foreign languages, information technology; renew the activities of professional groups; apply information technology, use teaching equipment in teaching innovation; organize training on the contents of renovating teaching methods and educational activities for officials and teachers...

The province proposes and recommends to be assigned the teachers payroll to ensure the teaching in accordance with the 2018 general education program; have a salary reform roadmap for teachers to be assured of their work; continue to organize fostering and training for managers and teachers; continue to invest in facilities to ensure the teaching and learning in the 2018 general education program.

Speaking at the working session, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong thanked the Ministry of Education and Training for the concern of Hung Yen Education and Training sector. At the same time, he emphasized that the province always pays attention to investing in the education through improving the quality of management staff, promoting the autonomy of teachers; investing in building schools and basic facilities; encouraging the socialization of education, attracting talents for the educational carrier.

In the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic, the province drastically took measures to ensure the safety for people in general and teachers and students in particular. He suggested the Government and the Ministry of Education and Training to take care of solving difficulties so that Hung Yen education can maintain its achievements in the past years and do better in the coming years, especially effectively implementing the 2018 programs and textbooks.

Speaking at the working session, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Huu Do assessed that Hung Yen had a specific roadmap to prepare for the implementation of the 2018 general education programs and textbooks and deployed effectively the professional activities, which is a solid premise for the successful implementation of the 2018 general education textbooks and programs.

Deputy Minister of Education and Training suggested the province continue to pay attention to school facilities; build standard schools in all aspects: Teams, facilities, awareness, implementation. On the basis of the provincial proposal, the Ministry of Education and Training and other related ministries shall advise the Government on solving difficulties facing Hung Yen education.
